I am definitely not the funniest person on the planet and when I heard that we were doing comedy first I almost died. x.x I'm just glad to get it over with and I look forward to the judging. Great job ladies.

So, all you lovely ladies have just gotten your first assignment finished, and under your belt, yet one of you has to go, or els we will never find our Top Superstar!
I shall explain now how the scoring works. Since there are 12 contestants, the highest number of points a judge can give is 12, to one person. 1 is lowest, 12 being highest amount. The larger total you have from the compilation of the three judges, then better you've done! Each week, the high number (in this one its 12) will get smaller, as for the number of contestants will get smaller.
The bottom two scores are automatically selected to elimination, which the judges decide on carefully. The top two are also decided on, for immunity, yes immunity. Although a contestant may have immunity for the next assignment, does not mean they can "skip" or "slack off" on the next assignment to come. If the judges and I feel that the person holding immunity has purposely not put 110% effort into their submission, during immunity, we reserve the right to remove points from that persons assignment, and can possible still put them up for elimination, if they do fall that low in points.
Now with that clear, without further adieu, here are this weeks scoring.
Heavenly Messanger: 2 + 1 + 1 = 4 (UP FOR ELIMINATION)
Emma Foxx: 1 + 2 + 2 = 5 (UP FOR ELIMINATION)
Death Defyer: 3 + 5 + 3 = 11
Tasha Darke: 4 + 3 + 4 = 11
Sali Sue: 5 + 4 + 5 = 14
Queen Kitiara: 7 + 6 + 9 = 22
Eryn Shadowbane: 8 + 7 + 8 = 22
Alicendre Draetha = 10 + 9 + 6 = 25
Ashling Fey: 5 + 10 + 10 = 25
Cold Lucille: 11 + 8 + 7 = 26
Rosemary Marron: 9 + 11 + 11 = 31 (UP FOR IMMUNITY)
Sue Aside: 12 + 12 + 12 = 36 (UP FOR IMMUNITY)
Heavenly Messanger, and Emma Foxx are the first two contestants that have been voted to the elimination bracket, but only one will go.
Heavenly Messanger: "We felt that you overdid the assignment. We saw the same sort of "godly" attitude in your assignment, that we had seen in your application. We figured that would have disappeared after the application, but it still lingers.
We felt that your story wasn't up to par of that of a comedy script. There was no chuckle, and your dialogue made it seem more like a story rather an attempt to make us laugh. We feel that you didn't quite grasp what the assignment was asking for, and didn't appease to the judges."
Emma Foxx: "We loved your application, the pose and the scenery where beautiful, where did that all go in assignment 1? It seemed to us that you don't really wish to be part of this contest, from very minimal work done on your assignment. Your assignment was choppy that it didn't blend together well. You had a good idea going, but the way it was put together didn't fit and agree with the judges. It lost the laugh that it intended on having by what seems to be a rushed job."
As for our two contestants up for Immunity.
Rosemary Marron: "We felt that your compilation of shots were stunning, literally. You made us laugh, were able to follow the assignment well. This is what we were looking for."
Sue Aside: "Flawless performance. Will we see another perfect score across the board like this in this competition again? We'll never know. But we know it wont be easy to do. For you, it sure seemed like it. You nailed this assignment right on the head, and took it an extra step."
The winner for Immunity, is put on the Magazine cover posted below. It will be like this every week.
Now, to the part everyone has been waiting for.
Eliminatees:
Emma Foxx

Congratulations to those of you that are in the final 11. Assignment 2 will be posted when I get the remaining contestants to send in their three numbers. (3 numbers between 1 and 11.)

Ah that's all right. I should have asked work for a night off, so i wouldn't have had to push it into one night. All of you were beautiful and hilarious, and my mind drew a blank :x. My dry sense of humor shirveled up the one night i needed it, but o well. I will continue to watch all of you! Gl...

Oh wow, I didn't expect to do so good. I felt horrible all last week (fever might have something to do with it) and it was really hard coming up with anything humorous. I feel so relieved now.
Oh, and the armor color was quite deliberate. I liked how the black on Ashie's armor contrasted with the red on Rosemary's. Ash black and rose red? In a lot of the outtakes, it was actually Ashie who stole the show.
Congrats to Sue Aside! Your submission rocked! Looking at this first assignment, I already sense that this will be one tough competition with many talented people. I liked a lot of the other submissions too. Everyone has their own style of humor definitely. Can't wait to see the next assignment!

Phew! I'm so glad that first assignment went okay - my 'funny bone' is so not my strong point
Heavenly Messanger - It's sad to see anyone go, especially based on only one performance - It could easily have been any of us
And congrats to Sue and Rosemary - genius stuff - well done!
I too am completely stumped when it comes to these three numbers... :s
Here's holding out for the next assignment

Its amazing what can be missed with a couple of days of a crashed Guru :P I'm beginning to think that my work has blocked Guru (meanies if they have, but probably would be more productive ^^).
Can't wait to see what the next assignment will be, although my Guild Wars seems to have chosen a prime moment to have an allergic reaction to my PC (its frozen on me twice today, once after 9 hours of death levelling). *crosses fingers she'll fix it soon*

Assignment #2 "Romantico"
Phew! Wasn't that hard? Trying to come up with something from scratch can be a little hard and stressful especially for our little super stars in the making. Well, it looks like from our little comedy exercise we have...
one...
two...
three...
eleven left...
We know that there is at least one star that is destined for greatness in there. How about we start off with another exercise to get your brains going and your body moving?
Now that you have done comedy, one of the most popular genres in movies today, what do you think is the one of the other popular genres?
If you answered romance, there are cookies in the back room for you. If you didn't answer it right....well....we will deal with you later.
Now romance can come in different types, one that mostly comes to mind is those romantic moves where lust is number one. There is also romantic drama, which could pass for a soap opera storyline. There is also romantic comedy's, which seems to generate more laughs rather than the romance between the main couple on stage.
We are going to keep it simple, to only display the relationship between you are your "romantic" partner. We feel just romance in general will set the mood straight rather than adding anything else to it.
You get only one scene to work with here, and if you choose, one line of dialogue. We have asked our writers to come back and set the mood for you and providing the dialogue you will use for your scene. You must express the emotion of a romantic scene, showing love between you and your partner, showing some kind connection. You must sell it to our judges, they want to fall in love with you like you fall in love with your partner.
Choice of dialogue lines you may use with your picture:
"If I tell you I love you, can I keep you ... "
"You can't help who you love. You're not supposed to."
"Death cannot stop true love. All it can do is delay it for a while."
"Kiss me. Kiss me as if it were the last time."
"When they ask me what I liked best, I'll say it was you."
"I want to tell you with my last breath that I have always loved you."
"I am just a girl standing in front of a boy asking him to love her."
Oh, before I almost forget. Those numbers that you have given us the other day actually do play a part in this exercise. You actually have no control on who your partner is. In fact, one of the numbers you have picked is your partner. You have to work with a complete stranger and make this scene turn out perfectly. Remember you have to make the judges feel you two are in love!
How the numbers actually worked, out of the three numbers you have chosen only one is a number that is kept for you. Basically who ever turned in there number first has their first number set for them. If the next one that submitted had the first number the same as the first then we go with the second number so on and so forth.
Here is the list of numbers that are set so far:
Eryn Shadowbane - 3
Alicendre Draetha - 6
Cold Lucille - 7
Death Defyer - 10
Ashling Fey - 2
Sue Aside - 4
Emma Foxx - 1
Sali Su - 5
Rosemary Marron - 8
Tasha Darke - 9
Queen Kitiara - 11
The people that didn't turn in there numbers were randomly given the last of the numbers.
Now remember your number....because here are your pairings:
1. Woman - Hero (Melonni, Tahlkora, Zenmai, Acolyte Jin, etc..)
2. Man - Paragon (must be another player no hench, no hero, no npc, no god)
3. NPC Man (can be anyone that claims to be an npc from collector to Prince Rurik if you like)
4. Woman - Dervish (must be another player no hench, no hero, no npc, no god)
5. Woman - Henchman (Cynn, Devona, Eve, Herta, Lina, etc...)
6. Man - Elementalist (must be another player no hench, no hero, no npc, no god)
7. Man - Assassin (must be another player no hench, no hero, no npc, no god)
8. Man - Henchmen (Menhlo, Little Thom, Argo, Orion, etc..)
9. Man - Hero (Koss, Master of Whispers, Dunkoro, Olias, etc..)
10. Man - Necromancer (must be another player no hench, no hero, no npc, no god)
11. NPC Woman (Can be anyone that claims to be an npc from merchant to Kormir if you like)
You can not change, switch, trade, or sell your partners, you must work with the one that is assigned to you by the number you hold in your hand.
Good luck ladies!!
Side Notes:
One picture!
You may or may not use a line of dialogue shown above.
Anyone that has gotten a female can show family love if they are uncomfortable with it.
No headgear!
